Biggest benefit for us is an ability to control incoming and outgoing e-mails and being sure that every request will be responded well. We want to leave model where all requests from customers are served by one person and use solution where every employee can reply to anyone in any time.

It’s hard to say but we have improved quality of our customers’ service.
