How to use my email account in Funnela?

To be able to use an existing email account, you need to add it in the application settings and select which users will have access to it.

Go to Settings -> Email accounts and then select "Add new account" button.
Later enter your email account data (you can receive it form your email service provider).

Do not forget to select the user(s) who you want to be able to use this email account.
You can grant user the access to sending, receiving or sending/receiving the email.

Can more than one user use the same email account?

Yes, you just need to select users and grant them rights to perform actions in email account (receiving email, sending email, receiving/sending email). You can define it in application settings (Settings -> Email accounts -> Selected account) in section "Users assigned to this account".
