1. How to create a report?

To generate a report, go to the module Report, and click „New Report”, then follow the instructions below:

1. Give the name of the report.

2. In the report list you will find a report with a predefined name. Mark it and use the option „New Chart”.

3. In „Edit chart” you have a range of options to personalize the report: the name of the chart, data template, the method of data presentation, the colour, and the size of the chart. Depending on the selected data template you have additional settings available to choose: the Sort Direction, customers limit, products limit, the currency, the group of contacts, time scale. The size of the chart is determined by clicking the appropriate square. The number of the selected squares indicates the size of the generated chart.

2. Are the reports available only in the form of a chart?

The user can download data to CSV file and then open it in any spreadsheet (e.g. Excel) to more accurately analyse its content.

3. What is a shared report?

Each report can consist of many elements (charts or tables). If you define such a complex report and you want you colleague to see the same thing – it is necessary to share it with him. This way your colleague will not have to define everything himself/herself.

4. How to install a personalized report?

To install a personalized report, you have to be an administrator and go to Settings -> Templates charts and load the uploaded file.

Then in the reports:

1. A new report

2. A new chart

3. Select a template with the appropriate report.

5. How to download data from the report to Excel?

1. In the first step you need to download the report data as a CSV file. To download the data in this format, right-click on the chart or on the report (the list of reports) and select „Save data as CSV” from the context menu.

2. A single CSV file (for the chart) or a ZIP archive with CSV files (for the whole report) will be downloaded to your computer disk. If you downloaded a ZIP file – unzip it.

3. In Excel software, open bookmark Data (1), and then select option from the text (2).

4. Then select one of the CSV files downloaded from Funnela.

5. When window appears, select:

a) Divided as a file type (3)

b) 65001: Unicode (UTF-8) as an origin file (4)

and click Next (5)

6. In the next step, select:

a) A comma as the only limitation (6)

b) Quotation mark „as text qualifier (7)

and click End (8)

7. Your data is ready for further processing in MS Excel.

6. Who has an access to the module Reports?

The visibility of the module Reports has been limited to the users with the appropriate permissions (administrator and „user + reports”). Other users can get an access to read the report given only when they receive the necessary permission from the Administrator.

7. How to create a report with a chart showing the undone tasks and the unread messages?

In order to create this chart, go to Reports, and then create new chart. In the edit window, from the drop down list „Data template” you should select the desired position, which in this case is „Unread messages per user”

To create a chart showing the undone tasks, you need to choose from Data template, an option „Users with the highest number of late and undone tasks”.

8. How to limit the information displayed in history?

To limit the results which will be displayed in the Reports module, click on „Change”. In the calendar that appears, you can select the time scale that interests you.

9. How to order an individual report template?

To order an individual report template, please send an e-mail to: Order report

Please describe in detail the report requirements. It is also important to include sample data that would be included in the report generated by us. Data should be prepared in the form of a table in a spreadsheet (e.g. Excel). This file will allow us to better understand your needs. If the report is similar to the previously created one, please attach it. The cost of the report:

50 PLN net (depending on its complexity). Valuation is made after sending the above data.
